  • Skimmed milk100 ml
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • Chicken breast300 g
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • garlic cloves5 unit(s)
  • Bay Leaf2 unit(s)
  1. To prepare the banana puree, place the bananas in the oven at 250° (with skin) for 10 minutes.
  2. Then peel the bananas and hit the blender with the salt, black pepper, milk and olive oil.
  3. To prepare the chicken, take all the ingredients to sauté in the pressure cooker, add salt and pepper, cover all the chicken with water.
  4. Turn on the fire at 200° and count 30 minutes after the pot gets pressure, after all that time, turn off the fire and let the pressure come out by itself.
  5. Shake the pan until all the chicken is shredded.
