- Coconut milk200 ml
- Whole milk50 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Place the coconut milk, whole milk and sugar to heat over low heat. This mixture cannot boil. Stir constantly, do not stop stirring, otherwise it will break. Stir until you start wanting to boil, when bubbles start to appear, turn it off. Book in the fridge.
- Whisk the lemon juice, the mint and coriander stalks, half an onion and a clove of garlic all together in a blender or mixer.
- Strain that beat.
- Take this mixture that was strained and add it to the mixture of milk and sugar until it becomes slightly acidic and sweet, you know? Hahaha.. experiment according to your taste.
- Cut the bananas into brunoise (squares), the red onion into half moons. Cut the coriander leaves.
- Take the sliced bananas, red onion, and coriander leaves and mix. Put it in a bowl. Or in a deep plate for assembly. Combine with the broth you made.
- For the crispy ones, the banana has to be green. Just cut it thin with the help of a mandolin or anything else you can cut thin, and fry. But remembering the banana has to be green.
