  • Wheat for kibbeh500 g
  • Boiled Cabotiá Pumpkin1 kg
  • Chopped Onion to taste
  • Chopped Mint to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Filling of your choice. to taste
  1. Soak the wheat for the kibbe for at least 30 minutes, after that drain any excess water from it.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients with the wheat very well.
  3. Grease a baking sheet.
  4. Put half of the dough and fill. Then place the other half on top.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
  6. Serve cold or hot.. It's great all the same 😋
  7. Good appetite 😋
