  • Calabrese Liguica, cut into cubes1 unit(s)
  • Bacon cut into cubes100 g
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Shredded beef1 kg
  • Coriander1 unit(s)
  • Coalho cheese cut into cubes1 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Cook the beans in the pressure cooker, with 4 cups of water, for about 15-20 minutes, until cooked. Add a pinch of salt to the pan.
  2. Drain the water from the beans and set aside.
  3. In another pan, cook the rice with garlic and onion, using 2 to 3 cups of the bean water
  4. In a large pan put the onion to brown in a little butter and a drizzle of oil.
  5. Add the garlic and bacon and cook until the bacon fat has melted.
  6. Add the pepperoni and sauté a little more
  7. Then put the rice and beans and the jerky
  8. Add a little water from the beans, the cilantro and the qualho cheese and that's it. Mix and serve.
