- Boiled rice1/2 cup
- Dried beef1/2 cup
- Bacon1/2 cup
- Curd cheese100 g
- Coriander to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Start by frying the bacon well, then add the desalted jerky and saute the onion together with these meats
- Add the cooked butter beans and rice, mix everything very well and finish with toasted coalho cheese and cilantro.
