  • Minced bacon without the skin350 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the bacon and chop into very small pieces.
  2. Fry well.
  3. Drain the fat that releases and add onion.
  4. When everything is fried add the honey and the water.
  5. Let it reduce and finish with green smell to taste.
  6. You can use whatever cheese you like and have. In this case, I used fresh cheese, it was the easiest to access lol! # stayadica What a perfect combination! You have no idea of the taste! A simple and chic dish at the same time! Can you believe?
