- Bacon150 g
- Gorgonzola150 g
- Cream cheese150 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic. Teeth2 unit(s)
- Parsley.2 dessert spoon
- Salt. Very little is enough. to taste
- Black pepper.1 teaspoon
- Bread flour.1 cup
- Wheat flour. Not to stick to the hand1/2 cup
- Chop the bacon finely and pass it in the skillet with the finely chopped garlic; 0.5 cubic cm.
- In a glass bowl, mix the gorgonzola plus the cream cheese plus the juice of half a lemon and the salt and pepper.
- As soon as the heat is turned off, add the bacon to the cheese mixture with the fresh parsley. Mix well and knead. There should be a homogeneous mixture. Cover with cling film and let cool at room temperature for 20 minutes. Then put it in the fridge for another 40 minutes, at least. You can leave more time if necessary.
