Sweet Potato1 kg
Olive oil to taste
Chili Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Spicy paprika to taste
Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
Chimichurri to taste

I washed the potatoes and cooked them whole with water and salt until they were soft, drained all the water and set aside.
In a skillet I added a lot of olive oil and added the potatoes, over high heat I sauteed the potatoes well in the olive oil, added minced garlic, when it started to turn golden, I reduced the heat and added the seasonings, mixed well and turned off the heat.
They look delicious 😋
