- Beef kinnor broth1 unit(s)
- Ground beef200 g
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Chives1 cup
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Water1 l
- Dissolve the cornmeal in water and add the kinnor broth and bring to a boil Stirring until it thickens
- In a pan put the oil and garlic and let it sugar add the ground meat and let it sauté
- Add the tomato sauce and let it thicken
- After the angu is ready, place it on a platter and add the ground beef sauce on top and sprinkle the chives
