- Fresh sausage600 ml
- Bacon300 g
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Potato2 unit(s)
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Vegetable broth100 ml
- paprika to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the sausage into pieces and fry in a little oil for 5 minutes over moderate heat. Add salt and pepper. Add the bacon, finely chopped.
- Fry for another 5 minutes over moderate heat. Remove them and in the same fat fry the onions, chopped in bulk, until caramelized, fry for 8 minutes over moderate heat.
- We salted it. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry for 5 minutes over moderate heat.
- We start to line the pans, placing the potatoes in the bottom, half of the caramelized onions, then the sausage with the bacon and again the onion. We make a hole in the middle and crack an egg into it.
- Salt the egg and sprinkle with paprika. Add 50ml. broth in each pot.
- Cover the pots with a lid. Bake for 20 minutes.
