Medium ripe pearl pineapple1 unit(s)
Coconut milk6 tablespoon
condensed milk5 tablespoon
Ice water150 ml
Ice cube3 unit(s)

Cut the pineapple, preserving the base to be the “cup”. Remove the core and reserve.
Blend 1/3 of the pineapple core together with all the other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pass through a sieve and place inside the pineapple “cup”. Add more ice and serve immediately.
