- Coconut milk6 tablespoon
- condensed milk5 tablespoon
- Ice water150 ml
- Ice cube3 unit(s)
- Cut the pineapple, preserving the base to be the âcupâ. Remove the core and reserve.
- Blend 1/3 of the pineapple core together with all the other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pass through a sieve and place inside the pineapple âcupâ. Add more ice and serve immediately.
