Descasque o aimpim e corte da sua maneira,reserve.

Peel the aimpim and cut it your way, set it aside.

Na panela de pressão coloque a manteiga pra derreter junto com o sal, acrescente o aimpim e a água.

In the pressure cooker, put the butter to melt along with the salt, add the cassava and water.

Feche a panela,e conte 10 minutos depois que pegou a pressão e desligue.

Close the pan, count 10 minutes after the pressure has reached and turn off.

Espere toda a pressão sair pra poder abrir a panela.
