- Aimpim500 g
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Water2 l
- Salt to taste
- Peel the aimpim and cut it your way, set it aside.
- In the pressure cooker, put the butter to melt along with the salt, add the cassava and water.
- Close the pan, count 10 minutes after the pressure has reached and turn off.
- Wait for all the pressure to release before opening the pot.
