Colocar acerola e água em panela alta para cozinhar( sobe muito), deixar até desmanchar totalmente a acerola.
Pegar a pasta obtida e passar em peneira.
Colocar em uma panela o suco obtido, suco de laranja ( coado várias vezes),com açúcar, limão e pitada de sal.
Deixar até apurar, retirando sempre a espuma.
Rendimento 300ml

Leave until clear, always removing the foam.
