  • Orange juice200 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Lemon juice2 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • Acerola1 cup
  1. Place acerola and water in a high pot to cook (it rises a lot), leave until the acerola completely breaks down. Take the obtained paste and pass it through a sieve. Place the juice obtained, orange juice (strained several times), with sugar, lemon and a pinch of salt in a pan. Leave until clear, always removing the foam. Yield 300ml
