- Iceberg lettuce leaf1 unit(s)
- Tomato Slice4 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Ricotta Cream1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with oil and toast the breads on both sides. Reserve.
- In the same skillet prepare the hamburger and when it is almost ready put the cheese on top to melt.
- Spread the ricotta cream on the buns, on one of the slices of bread place the hamburger with cheese, lettuce, tomato and close the sandwich with the other slice of bread. Serve immediately.
