- Whole wheat flour fine flakes1/2 cup
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Melted and cooled butter2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Light tuna pate to taste
- Milk1/2 cup
- To garnish Strawberry or cherry tomatoes Basil leaves to taste
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, oats, chia, milk and melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and with a spoon make small circles of dough (7 cm in diameter) and let them brown well on both sides.
- Repeat the operation until the end of the dough and book.
- Distribute 1 teaspoon (tea) of your choice of Light Tuna Pate in each dough, cherry tomato slice or sliced Strawberry and decorate with basil leaves.
