Vegan Bean and Rice Burger

  • Baked beans (beans only)3 cup
  • Cooked brown rice1 cup
  • Red onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Green Spice to taste
  • smoked paprika1 tablespoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. 1- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. 2- In the food processor, place all the ingredients. I suggest beating the beans when chilled so they don't get too soft and make modeling difficult. Or after beating, it can take about 40 minutes in the fridge to dry.
  3. 3- Process everything until it becomes a paste.
  4. 4- Model the burgers in the size you want. Leave around 1 finger high.
  5. 5- Put it in a greased shape.
  6. 6- Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
