Ingredients

Wholemeal bread25 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Light cottage cheese0.5 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Nutmeg to taste

With the help of a slicer or a knife, cut the center of the slice of bread.
Place the slice of bread in a form that can go in the airfryer.
Crack an egg and place it in the space in the center of the bread. Season with salt and sweet paprika.
Pierce the yolk, place the curd on top of the egg and season with nutmeg.
Spread a little curd on the leftover bread crumbs and put it to bake together.
Take it to the airfryer at 180° for 3 minutes for a soft yolk and for 5 to 7 minutes for a firm yolk.
