- Rosemary to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)

- Honey3 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Buffalo mozzarella2 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Brioche bread2 unit(s)
- Butter to taste
- Season the thigh with salt, pepper and oil. Between the skin and meat place the rosemary and lemon zest. Sear both sides in a hot skillet with oil and set aside.
- In the same skillet, place the onion, garlic, tomato sauce and bring to a boil, add honey and vinegar. Turn off the heat, return the chicken to the skillet and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add the mozzarella and return to the oven until melted.
- Brown the bread with butter in the skillet. Place the chicken with a little sauce on the bread, add basil and serve.
