- Green onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Smoked Spicy Paprika to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Cottage cheese1 teaspoon
- Cheese (slice) to taste
- In a bowl break the egg, add the green onion, the seasonings and stir well until it becomes a single thing.
- Unite the skillet with butter or if your skillet is non-stick, you don't need it.
- Cut the salami into small cubes as in the picture and brown it in the skillet.
- After the salami is golden, add the mixture to the skillet and stir the egg over medium heat until it turns into scrambled eggs.
- And it's ready!
