- Corn flakes1/2 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Mix the corn flakes with the water and butter and leave it moisturizing for 30 minutes.
- Add the already hydrated flake, salt to taste and mix until it becomes a loose farofa. Reserve.
- Brush butter on a nonstick skillet over medium heat and coat the bottom with the mixture.
- Wait 1 minute or until it loosens from the bottom, distribute cheese to taste and turn.
- Wait another 1 minute, transfer to a plate, fold in half and serve.
