  • Corn flakes1/2 cup
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Mix the corn flakes with the water and butter and leave it moisturizing for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the already hydrated flake, salt to taste and mix until it becomes a loose farofa. Reserve.
  3. Brush butter on a nonstick skillet over medium heat and coat the bottom with the mixture.
  4. Wait 1 minute or until it loosens from the bottom, distribute cheese to taste and turn.
  5. Wait another 1 minute, transfer to a plate, fold in half and serve.
