- Cucumbers10 unit(s)
- Rice vinegar (must be rice vinegar)300 ml
- Sugar250 g
- Black sesame to taste
- Salt4 tablespoon
- Cut the cucumbers into very thin slices, (I even used the grater).
- Now, let's dehydrate it! I put it in a basin with a little water and the 4 spoons of salt.
- You will notice that after 1 hour or so it will curl up, it's a sign that you can rinse it.
- I put it in a rice colander or sieve and daile running water until all the salt comes out.
- When it is dehydrated you can make the syrup as it needs to cool down to finish the recipe.
- Place the sugar and vinegar in a pan, heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. It's just waiting to cool down.
- Cold syrup, rinsed cucumber? Mix everything and store in video pots for greater durability.
- NOTE: BEFORE MIXING THE CUCUMBER WITH THE CALDA, MAKE SURE THAT THE CUCUMBER IS NOT SOAKED.
