Wheat or French bread1 unit(s)
Cooked and shredded pork ribs3/4 cup
Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
Chopped Green Spice1 tablespoon
Honey mastic flowers1 tablespoon
Squeezed Lime1 dessert spoon
Sea Salt to taste
Natural unsweetened yogurt2 tablespoon
Thinly sliced red cabbage1/2 cup
grated carrot1/4 cup
Lettuce cut into strips1/3 cup
Olive oil1 teaspoon
Ground Black Pepper to taste

In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
Add the meat, salt, pepper and mix, sauté for 5 minutes stirring constantly so as not to burn.
Add the green seasoning, honey and lemon, stir and turn off the heat. Reserve.
Prepare the salad, in a container mix the cabbage with the carrots, lettuce, yogurt and salt.
Cut the bread in half without separating the two halves, stuff it with a layer of the braised meat and then add a layer of the salad. Serve immediately.
