- Wheat or French bread1 unit(s)
- Cooked and shredded pork ribs3/4 cup
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped Green Spice1 tablespoon
- Honey mastic flowers1 tablespoon
- Squeezed Lime1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Natural unsweetened yogurt2 tablespoon
- Thinly sliced red cabbage1/2 cup
- grated carrot1/4 cup
- Lettuce cut into strips1/3 cup
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- Add the meat, salt, pepper and mix, sauté for 5 minutes stirring constantly so as not to burn.
- Add the green seasoning, honey and lemon, stir and turn off the heat. Reserve.
- Prepare the salad, in a container mix the cabbage with the carrots, lettuce, yogurt and salt.
- Cut the bread in half without separating the two halves, stuff it with a layer of the braised meat and then add a layer of the salad. Serve immediately.
