  • Margarine or lard2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat Flour1 kg
  1. Cook the potatoes, after peeling and mashing them. Reserve
  2. In a bowl, add yeast to warm milk. After adding the sugar, salt and eggs already beaten.
  3. Then add the boiled potato, margarine or lard and knead until it releases from the hands.
  4. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
  5. After making polka dots and have it in a shape. Brush with yolks and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees
  6. When you take the bread out of the oven, you can brush it with butter, sprinkle with grated cheese or sesame seeds.
