  • Peeled small garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Chopped seedless tomato1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/4 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped carrot1/4 cup
  • Chopped fresh basil to taste
  1. In a pan, heat a little olive oil and brown the onion.
  2. Add carrots, salt and mix. Cook until she is al dente.
  3. Turn off the fire and mix the tomato and basil.
  4. Cut the bread into not-too-thin slices and rub the garlic clove on each one.
  5. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and cover each one with the sauce from the pan and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Take to preheated oven 220ÂșC to bake for about 7 minutes.
