Recipe

Wheat flour2 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Milk1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Cooked sausages10 unit(s)
Gem1 unit(s)
Oregano to taste

In a bowl, mix the flour with the butter, salt, milk and yeast. Add more flour if needed
Roll out the dough and cut into small rectangles
Cut the sausage into 3 pieces and place on the dough rectangles.
Close the rectangles by rolling the sausages
Arrange the rolls in a greased and floured shape
Brush each roll with a mixture of egg yolk and oregano.
Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes until golden.
