- Milk500 ml
- Oil150 ml
- Sugar5 dessert spoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour approx.1 kg
- Organic Yeast50 g
- sausage1 kg
- Mix the ingredients in the blender (except wheat flour)
- Pour this mixture into a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour, mixing with a large wooden spoon, transfer the already solid mixture to a bench and start the beating process.
- Knead until the dough is firm and no longer sticks to your hands, 10/15 minutes
- After kneading, let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
- After the dough rests, divide into 100 g portions.
- With the help of a rolling pin, stretch each portion horizontally, place the parsley and roll the dough over it to form the snacks.
- Let it rest for another 20 minutes
- Then, pass the yolk with a little milk over the buns and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
- Suggestion: the snack comes out of the oven ready to eat, but you can increase it with the ingredients you like most from the traditional hot dog and make it even tastier! Enjoy your food!
