- Pepper Jelly to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Butter to taste
- Butter the sides of the bread and place them in a very hot skillet to seal them.
- Make a ball with Raggu, of about 40g
- Heat the frying pan well and put the ball, and the precious ones, crushing it... this is the basis of Smash
- Sear on both sides, leaving well golden and fried.
- Then place it on the slice of bread, already with mayonnaise.
- Crispy cabbage: fry the cabbage on the hot plate and stir constantly so it doesn't burn, until it gets crock crock
