- 1 potato200 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch30 g
- 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine25 g
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder7 g
- Turkey breast to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cottage cheese to taste
- In a bowl mash the boiled potato. Add the butter or margarine, eggs, salt, cornstarch and mix until smooth.
- Add the baking powder and mix just until smooth.
- Grease a frying pan with oil, add half of the dough and spread it out.
- Add slices of turkey breast, cheese, mozzarella and another layer of turkey breast.
- Put the rest of the dough and spread until all the stuffing is covered. Cover the skillet and place over low heat until lightly browned.
- Flip the pie and let it brown on the other side as well. Help yourself.
