- Mini Sadura Bread1 unit(s)
- Salt, chili pepper, bay leaf to taste
- Finely sliced garlic3 unit(s)
- Dry red wine goblet1 unit(s)
- Olive oil10 ml
- Fillet of the type of meat you like best, very thin, add the seasonings, finely chopped garlic and wine and set aside for as long as you think necessary (preferably in a vacuum)
- In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the steak and add the condiments with the wine. Soak both parts of the bread if you want to increase the sandwich add a slice of cooked ham
