  • Chives to taste
  • Chumichurri to taste
  • Water200 ml
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan put the water on the fire and make a whirlpool. Put the egg in the middle and let it cook until the desired point. Meanwhile, lightly toast the bread in the pan with butter. After, remove the egg while it is still hot, place it on the bread and a little more butter on top. Finish with chives and chumichurri to taste.
  2. Good snack!
