- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Honey1/2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella30 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Panko flour4 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salad to taste
- Cut in half and pass the already seasoned thigh fillets in the beaten egg, then in the panko flour, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and take it to the airfryer for about 25 minutes. Place half a slice of mozzarella on each chicken and let it melt.
- Mix mayonnaise with mustard and honey.
- Cut the mini buns in half, spread the mayonnaise, put the salad of your choice, the chicken fillets with cheese and stick a toothpick with tomato to decorate!
