  • Boiled Cassava350 g
  • Organic Yeast45 g
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water from cassava cooking1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  1. Cook the manioc and reserve the cooking water
  2. Beat the eggs, the cooked manioc, the biological yeast, the water from the manioc cooking, the oil and the sugar in a blender. Mix well until smooth
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat flour gradually, kneading the dough until the mixture comes off your hands.
  4. Make the balls the size you want and let them grow. After brushing the buns with egg yolk and baking at 180 degrees until golden (about 30 minutes)
  5. Stuffing suggestions: Ham, mozzarella, lettuce and tomato; Mayonnaise with salami; Chicken pate
