  • Lobster tails300 g
  • Butter50 g
  • Mayonnaise50 ml
  • Pepper Sauce to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Chives to taste
  1. Melt some butter in a frying pan and add the lobster tails chopped into coarse pieces. Sauté briefly, seasoning with salt and black pepper very gently without letting it soften too much. cool
  2. Prepare an egg mayonnaise and season with the pepper sauce, at the desired spiciness. cool
  3. Internally seal the bread with butter in a griddle/frying pan, cutting the bread in half but not separating completely
  4. Mix the lobsters with the mayonnaise, and fill the bread generously. Garnish with chives and serve.
