- Lobster tails300 g
- Butter50 g
- Mayonnaise50 ml
- Pepper Sauce to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Chives to taste
- Melt some butter in a frying pan and add the lobster tails chopped into coarse pieces. Sauté briefly, seasoning with salt and black pepper very gently without letting it soften too much. cool
- Prepare an egg mayonnaise and season with the pepper sauce, at the desired spiciness. cool
- Internally seal the bread with butter in a griddle/frying pan, cutting the bread in half but not separating completely
- Mix the lobsters with the mayonnaise, and fill the bread generously. Garnish with chives and serve.
