- Green pepper1 unit(s)

- Black pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Tomato sauce (sachet)1 unit(s)
- French bread5 unit(s)
- Cut the onion into cubes, crush the garlic and add it to a pan along with the oil. After starting to braise, add the diced pepperoni in cubes and leave it braising.
- After, add the ground beef and stir so that it is very loose.
- Season the meat to taste.
- While the meat is cooking, chop the bell pepper and add it to the pan so that it cooks together with the meat.
- After cooking is finished, add sauce, adjust the seasoning if necessary and let it cook for another 5 minutes to refine the sauce.
- Assembly: cut the bread in half, sinking the core to the bottom of the bread. Add the meat preparation with sauce and then just enjoy
