  • Wheat or French bread1 unit(s)
  • Ground beef100 g
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Green Olives2 unit(s)
  • Paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Chopped Green Spice1 teaspoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  1. In a pan heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
  2. Add the paprika and stir quickly so it doesn't burn.
  3. Add the ground beef next and stir constantly to break up the pieces and cook evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until cooked through.
  5. When the meat is cooked add the olive and mix. Finish with the green seasoning.
  6. Cut the bread in half and remove part of the core, without opening the bottom so that the filling does not escape.
  7. Stuff each half of the bread with the braised meat and serve immediately.
