Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato Extract150 g
Green Smell2 tablespoon
Oil1 tablespoon

Boil the sausage cut into slices for 15 minutes to remove excess food coloring. Drain that sausage.
In another pan, heat the oil, add the onion and the oil until wilted.
Put the tomato and sausage.
Put the tomato paste.
Season with salt and pepper, let it boil for 2 minutes
Decorate with the green smell. It's very good.
