Minced duck meat600 g
Pork Ribs1 kg
Brioche bread4 unit(s)
Mozzarella or Cheese200 kg
Homemade Barbecue to taste
Sauces to accompany to taste

In a pan or mold, add seasonings to taste, cook or roast the ribs for approximately 40-50 minutes.
When she's very wet, remove the broth and book if you want.
Defund and add the homemade barbecue or your preference.
Book and go for the burger.
For the hamburger, shape 4 150g hamburgers and place in a heated skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top (or spices to taste).
When the meat starts to release liquid on top and the underside turns brown, it's time to turn.
Leave for another 3 minutes over medium heat, place the mozzarella or cheese on top and cover to melt.
OBS: It is important not to squeeze the meat so as not to lose the juiciness of the burger
After the melted cheese, take the brioche bread with mayonnaise or sauce of choice and take it to seal in a hot skillet.
Add the hamburger and ribs to the barbecue.
