- Pork Ribs1 kg
- Brioche bread4 unit(s)
- Mozzarella or Cheese200 kg
- Homemade Barbecue to taste
- Sauces to accompany to taste
- In a pan or mold, add seasonings to taste, cook or roast the ribs for approximately 40-50 minutes.
- When she's very wet, remove the broth and book if you want.
- Defund and add the homemade barbecue or your preference.
- Book and go for the burger.
- For the hamburger, shape 4 150g hamburgers and place in a heated skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top (or spices to taste).
- When the meat starts to release liquid on top and the underside turns brown, it's time to turn.
- Leave for another 3 minutes over medium heat, place the mozzarella or cheese on top and cover to melt.
- OBS: It is important not to squeeze the meat so as not to lose the juiciness of the burger
- After the melted cheese, take the brioche bread with mayonnaise or sauce of choice and take it to seal in a hot skillet.
- Add the hamburger and ribs to the barbecue.
