  • whole milk150 ml
  • corn oil or sunflower seed400 ml
  • mustard (I used l'ancienne)2 tablespoon
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • black pepper1 teaspoon
  1. completely cover the blender impeller with the milk. Depending on the brand of your device, the amount may vary.
  2. add the mustard, salt and black pepper and beat everything very well on speed n° 1.
  3. add the oil in a continuous stream until the mayonnaise “sets” to the desired consistency. you may need help with a spatula, as I show in the video.
  4. can be used in any recipe that uses mayonnaise as an ingredient (my burgers for example) and can be kept covered and refrigerated for 7 days.
