- Recipe
- whole milk150 ml
- corn oil or sunflower seed400 ml
- mustard (I used l'ancienne)2 tablespoon
- salt1 teaspoon
- black pepper1 teaspoon
- completely cover the blender impeller with the milk. Depending on the brand of your device, the amount may vary.
- add the mustard, salt and black pepper and beat everything very well on speed n° 1.
- add the oil in a continuous stream until the mayonnaise “sets” to the desired consistency. you may need help with a spatula, as I show in the video.
- can be used in any recipe that uses mayonnaise as an ingredient (my burgers for example) and can be kept covered and refrigerated for 7 days.
