Thin slice of mortadella7 unit(s)
Sliced Mozzarella Cheese4 unit(s)
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 teaspoon

In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and grill 2 slices of mortadella.
Turn the side, add 1 slice of cheese and cover with 1 more slice of mortadella. Turn the side and grill, then repeat the process of layering mortadella and cheese until done. Reserve.
Cut the bread in half, spread the mayonnaise on both sides, place the grilled mortadella with the cheese inside and close the sandwich. Serve immediately.
