- Tuscan sausage6 unit(s)
- Qualho cheese6 unit(s)
- Mashed avocado.1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Open the skin on one side of the sausage and place the qualho and oregano cheese inside. Close the sausage again. It may be good to cut 1/4 of the cheese to fit better.
- Grill the sausages until just browned.
- Open the buns and spread the mashed avocado with chopped tomato and onion. season with lemon
