  • Ground duckling300 g
  • Brown rice1/2 cup
  • Oat flakes1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
  • Small onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wholemeal hamburger bun4 unit(s)
  • Iceberg lettuce (leaf)4 unit(s)
  • Italian tomato1 unit(s)
  • Avocado1 unit(s)
  1. Cook the rice in 2 cups of water with ½ tablespoon of salt for approximately 30 minutes. Drain, rinse and reserve.
  2. Mix the minced onion and the crushed garlic in the meat, mix well so that the fat and the meat are well homogenized, along with the seasonings.
  3. Add the rolled oats and cooked rice and mix well.
  4. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper.
  5. Separate the dough into balls of 100 to 120 g
  6. Flatten the balls to form the burger, using a rim or just the palm of your hands.
  7. Heat a pan well, add a drizzle of oil and grill the burgers well.
  8. Cut the buns in half, slice the tomato and wash the lettuce leaves
  9. Brown the buns in a frying pan, cut side down.
  10. Make an avocado paste by mashing the fruit, mixing it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Assemble the hamburgers with a little cream of avocado on the bun, then the lettuce, grilled meat, tomato slices, plus a little cream of avocado and close with the top of the bun.
