- Brown rice1/2 cup
- Oat flakes1 tablespoon

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wholemeal hamburger bun4 unit(s)
- Iceberg lettuce (leaf)4 unit(s)
- Italian tomato1 unit(s)

- Cook the rice in 2 cups of water with ½ tablespoon of salt for approximately 30 minutes. Drain, rinse and reserve.
- Mix the minced onion and the crushed garlic in the meat, mix well so that the fat and the meat are well homogenized, along with the seasonings.
- Add the rolled oats and cooked rice and mix well.
- Taste and adjust the salt and pepper.
- Separate the dough into balls of 100 to 120 g
- Flatten the balls to form the burger, using a rim or just the palm of your hands.
- Heat a pan well, add a drizzle of oil and grill the burgers well.
- Cut the buns in half, slice the tomato and wash the lettuce leaves
- Brown the buns in a frying pan, cut side down.
- Make an avocado paste by mashing the fruit, mixing it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the hamburgers with a little cream of avocado on the bun, then the lettuce, grilled meat, tomato slices, plus a little cream of avocado and close with the top of the bun.
