  • Ground beef280 g
  • Cooked White Quinoa Grains0.5 cup
  • Oat bran1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the olive oil, until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 parts and shape the hamburger.
  3. In a heated nonstick skillet, pour half the olive oil and brown the burger on both sides.
  4. Then reduce the heat and cover the skillet so that the meat cooks inside to the desired point.
