- Ground beef280 g
- Cooked White Quinoa Grains0.5 cup
- Oat bran1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Green Spice to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the olive oil, until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and shape the hamburger.
- In a heated nonstick skillet, pour half the olive oil and brown the burger on both sides.
- Then reduce the heat and cover the skillet so that the meat cooks inside to the desired point.
