- Slices of Whole Wheat Bread2 unit(s)
- Can of solid tuna in oil1 unit(s)
- ricotta cream2 tablespoon
- Sliced green olives2 tablespoon
- Pink salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chard to taste
- Avocado to taste
- First open the can of tuna and remove all the oil (use a sieve)
- Place the tuna and ricotta cream in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the oregano to taste and the chopped green olives and mix well.
- Cut avocado slices and season with little salt
- Place the slices of bread in the toaster or oven and wait for them to brown.
- On a plate assemble your sandwich starting with the tuna pâté
- Add avocado slices and Swiss chard and close your sandwich.
- Ready 😋 great snack or pre workout option 💪
- Tip: try the tuna pate and add a little salt if necessary.
