- Put the eggs (they need to be at room temperature) to cook. Once it starts to boil, count 8 minutes.
- Remove the boiled eggs from the water and immediately place them in a bowl of ice water until completely cooled.
- After this process, peel the eggs and cut them into small pieces (similar to the size you cut the bbq vinaigrette), add the mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, paprika, black pepper, salt and parsley. , mix slowly until the ingredients are incorporated.
