- Roll out the pastry dough and cover it with a layer of tomato, ham, cheese, olives and oregano. Close the dough, covering it as if it were a pastel, then pass it in the milk, egg and breadcrumbs to coat. Fry in oil until you make the milanese crust and it's ready.
